      Management never checks to see if you're working great software system so they can you make your sales numbers great. No one checks on you daily

      Cons

      Management has no clue what they're doing so there's no support for agents at all in the sales manager does not even have a real estate license so does not know the law

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
