      Pretty easy job, expectations are pretty standard and set so you know what's expected of you.

      Cons

      Home buyers can be difficult to work with, live and die by surveys if you aren't good at going after surveys just be mindful it's a large part of the job.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
