      The area construction managers are caring and helpful and have your best interest.

      Cons

      No one is going to offer you a raise even if you are going above and beyond. You have to be your own advocate and even force their hand by getting an offer from a different production homebuilder.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
