      Benefits, nice people at the entry and mid level

      Cons

      Upper management (presidents) out of touch, rude, degrading. They don't embody their core values. They speak down on people. They expect their mid level managers to carry the culture to the rest of the division while they are getting beat down on by their "leadership" team.

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
