Where do I start ? This company's mentality it based on " How not to get sued " and " How to keep other peoples money" If you want to be financially successful, please look the other way. Home buyers are treated as numbers. The company does not care if the home buyer is happy or not and scramble at the last minute to score brownie points so that their " scores" come back good. Company ONLY cares about stock holders. Employees are exploited and worked to death. If you enjoy working 7 days a week, morning through night and no weekends off at all then maybe this is a good fit for you, keep in mind that the compensation is lower than they initially say and they decrease compensation as well based on what is again best for the stock holders.
