Pros
The benefits are great and so are the members. Mcu core values are awesome. But it's too bad the don't actually live by it.
Cons
I learned that nobody in upper management or HR really care about you or problems in your branch. They brush bad things under the rug so they don't have to deal with them. Management needs more training on how to be a good leader instead of a power hungry authority figure. I was bullied by management and nobody cared. They just acted like it didn't happen.
