It's ok but rubbish pay - Developer Merkle Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. It is great to hear that you feel you work within a strong team of people. Our Talent Acquisition plan has real focus on ensuring our hires fit both the skill set the role requires and the culture and values we have as a business. On compensation, we are thorough with market bench-marking to ensure that we offer competitive salaries. Failure to do so would mean that we were not able to attract the strongest people to our teams and so it is incredibly important to us that we review continually against the rest of the market for the skills we either require, or have. So this happens during the recruitment process and during the compensation review process for employees.
