Great food, terrible and dishonest management - Server Merriman’s Employee Review

*The training is chaotic and they don't follow their own procedures, they themselves gave to you in writing. *Management is utterly dishonest and as the prime representatives whose company motto is "Do the Right Thing", it calls into serious question the underlying values of the company. They pride themselves of sourcing from local farms but do they? Is Dole now considered a "local" producer because they more or less established Hawai'i as we know it today? When most dishes are flavored with Yamasa or Grey Poupon, is that really a "farm to table" restaurant? *Hours change at a moments notice with no regard for their employees lives.
