Pros

Merrimans is a quality company, with solid values, excellent product, and the business to prove it.

Cons

As a POINT server, your tips are pooled, you’re only selling pupus/drinks, and if it rains you’re SOL.

I really enjoyed working for Merriman's! Very well run and professional and fabulous food. I left to go back to school.
