Pros
Independent work you can use your own car and no one breathes down your neck. 40% or $12.50 hour they will give you witch ever is higher. A great community of girls who all care and work very hard I've made some good friends through this company they absolutely make it feel like family there.
Cons
They want to shove as many houses as they can down your throat and with them there is Zero Grey area it's either too many or too little amount of houses. Prepare to be critized constantly on how fast you are or if you decided to take an optional lunch break, and forget about getting sick or their mandatory "if the schools close we close" because they never close. If you help someone on a house instead of fair pay expect a $5 seven eleven gift card that half the time has no money on it. They train you then it's from the frying pan into the fryer half of my job I learned from being thrown around from partner to partner. The office gossips about the girls and the owner does little to nothing about anything except be little you if you ask about something. More then once my pay checks had to be ajusted from then skimping my pay (it was fixed thou). I was almost assulted by one of my customers. They absolutely care more about the money then you, they will constantly remind you just how replaceable you are. They also don't pay the 53¢ a mile instead it's 23¢. And after you become a trainer/solo or a lead that's the end of their opportunitys.
