Constant criticism. Immature behavior of manager. Manager makes fun of all employees behind their backs. Lies. Covers up for employees related to her. Sings songs about employees that are demeaning. There is nothing confidential, she will immediately tell people when she learns things that are not her business to repeat. Makes fun of potential employees. The list can go on.
