Pros
There are a couple of honest employees that you will love to have as a cleaning partner. However, this is a family environment & when one person is ready to sabotage another coworker (usually the new employee), they will stick together. No weekends
Cons
Poor training. No diversity or inclusion. I felt sorry for the one black person that worked there. We rarely helped her while other coworkers who worked alone got help often. If you are "different", their insecurities will show. They will break a 90 day contract & fire without cause. Instead of a lay off, quality check and management will create or exaggerate (lie) in order to violate that contract. Never sign a quality check that you don't agree with especially if you detect scheming. The work environment is an unprofessional atmosphere with patronizing, condescending snobbish backstabbing coworkers & management. Low pay. Faulty equipment. Management is unreasonable. Expect to not have breaks. Management will allow breaks but remember you are timed & expected to be at other houses at certain times. Therefore, snacking & weight loss will occur. If you are a person of color, or if you are of Caucasian background (like myself) run far far away. In other words, this is not the place to be for anyone. You will be misunderstood & be made the person to blame everything on as the new person due to selfishness & ignorance. They will ignore all the good reviews, tips that you did receive from happy customers & the excellent work that you do. Expect no recognition. Because of the high turn over, the majority is afraid of losing either their position or job. Watch how certain ones (most of them) are quick to whisper/complain to management about their working partner & watch how management rarely investigates or inquire if the accusations are true. You will experience unfair treatment. I've witnessed these things with eyes & ears. This establishment will say "no nights" but this is far from the truth.
