Major favoritism on the office. Three people were joined at the hip and would gossip about everyone else in the office. Those three people could do no wrong. They also ate lunch together every day and did not invite anyone of a “lower working tier”. They promoted a training environment, yet did not offer any formal training besides to “throw you in the deep end and ask questions on how to swim while you drown.” The 401k was only matched once a year and they let people go before giving out year end bonuses.
