Pros
Great people in the Fort Mill office. Highly motivated and good work environment. They expect professionalism and to take responsibility for the project work you are assigned too.
Cons
I would have liked a better on-boarding process to get new employees up to speed workflows. But even with that the company allowed new employees acclimate slowly into the work process.
