Not a mature organization. Very siloed. Reactive instead of proactive in many areas. Non-supportive leadership. Management is often non-responsive. The wrong people in the wrong positions, including some in management who have poor people skills. Promotions are restricted by degree/qualifications - any degree outside of an engineering degree doesn’t seem to matter regardless of your proven ability. The wage gap is very real here.
