Needs serious management oversight - Technician Mesa Associates Employee Review

Very poor management oversight. No one cares what's really going on as long as the money is being made. Going to HR is completely pointless, as there us no follow up, no matter how many employees complain about said manager. Hard-working employees that do not have an engineering degree are under-valued. Safety for field employees only matters when something happens. Personally, I was told to work in some obviously unsafe conditions, all to save time. Not a good policy for a reputable company.
