Pros
Very organized company. The curriculum is well planned, organized and constantly updated. Teachers know what to teach and when. All the different departments in the District provide great timely service that allow for quick problem solving and less lost instructional time.
Cons
Few opportunities to grow due to the small size of the organization. To really get a job with more responsibility someone must recommend you. This schema limits those employees who focus just on work instead of socializing from advancing on their career.
