      Pros

      The only good with Metlife is their Benefit package.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Management is all about favortism. If you were part of the Red Hot funding team you will always be treated better and have better chance of promotion. If not you can bet you will not be promoted at all.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
