      Good organization to work for, a lot to learn and good organization to start the career

      Cons

      Less compensation in some areas . If you are in corporate functions than you get good compensation.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
