      The people are friendly and work life balance is extremely fair.

      Cons

      Little career growth opportunity in the auto and home business. While company has touted investment in employees, I have experienced a lack of discussion during performance reviews in order to ensure they are ready with desired skillsets.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
