Much to do, many good people to work with.

Executive regimes come and go; they each understandably bring in their own set of senior managers, but they are not concerned enough with middle management and regular associates. In a recent move, for example, only about 5% of the potential continuing employees from IT in Boston actually applied for their same jobs and moved to North Carolina. They weren't offered jobs, they had to apply for them. While the culture of work at Met had its issues in the past, the one thing it did not have was disloyalty and high turnover in IT. Now it does.
