Extremely challenging since you were working with leadership and peers that you never met in person. Leadership is clueless about what their employees are doing and yet they rate you every year in roundtable sessions, based on how well your liked and not what you actually produce for the company. Layoffs are the norm in this company. Company moral is horrible.
