Pros
Those that have stuck around for awhile are really great and helpful. But many of the greats left with the spinoff for Brighthouse. It honestly depends on the manager to get. Most of mine were ok, but my last one was really great and helpful.
Cons
Turnover is high and management changes what they want. Covid is making it easier to lay off too.
