Pros
Benefits were great. Some supervisors & managers were great.
Cons
Seemed like a lot of promotions & hiring were done based upon management favorites. Hard to move up unless you played their game. Pay was not great compared to other companies in area. Technology is dated, which caused a lot of production issues Not really many career opportunities after a certain point
