Pros

Good salary, good perks and friendly environment outside of claims.

Cons

Poor and toxic management within claims teams. They also use fear to get staff to get their work done. You are expected to constantly carry high caseloads and the team is constantly under-resourced. The system is also very slow and not intuitive. Despite their efforts, upper management do not have an adequate understanding of the actual work done by claims teams so nothing changes.
