      Good place to work. Average benefits and compensation. A lot of smart people with various knowledge and experiences.

      Cons

      With the variety of people with extensive knowledge and experience, Alico is not able to utilize employees to really drive the business. No real growth opportunity unless you know some of the senior executives.
