      Worked there for 20 years. Great opportunities were given to me to grow professionally. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      After 20 years, company had an outside group determine who should be laid off. I planned to retire from there, but that is no longer the plan

      Remote work and flex time.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
