Pros
Overall everything is good. Provide both side cab facility, work life balance is good. Not much work pressure. Give timely promotion in some processes.
Cons
Hire at low package and no decent yearly pay raise. Managers dont work here. No guidance from Manager, not every manager but mostly. Management is not supportive.
