Terrible place to work for - worked there for 2 years - FMLA Claims Specialist MetLife Employee Review

They are extremely clicky. They put you in a “training” list and once your off of it you can start doing claims by yourself without getting them checked but if they don’t like you they will keep you on that training system. Then they punish per performance. So instead of telling you “hey you did great doing this” they just name everything you did wrong and give you a write up. After 3 write ups you get fired. MetLife only cares about numbers not people.
