      Pros

      Affordable health and life insurance. 401k, Employer paid pension. Discounts on products and services offered by MetLife. Generous PTO, start with 22 days plus 8 paid holidays. We usually only work half of the day before the holiday.

      Cons

      Job is very detailed oriented and may require more then 40 hours to complete all of your work. Salary, so no overtime.
