Good benefits, decent pay, nice physical environment if your role is in the office
Cons
Extremely political and focused on being politically correct to a fault which actually ends up discriminating certain groups. Lots of talk about equity and inclusion but it’s only talk. The processes and methods to innovate change are old fashioned and ineffective.
