      If you are in the right group then nice work life balance. some go to gym, walks etc..

      Some investment technology groups are known for unsustainable work schedules, important to research team dynamics before joining. There's also a top-down blame culture where accountability never extends to VP-level leadership, placing disproportionate pressure on managers and teams
