Great people, products and work environment. Benefits and pay are good.

Sometimes on call due to job requirements and customer base, nothing on the company, just the job responsibilities.

Decent pay and decent benefits. Many good employees.

Don't get used to the hybrid work schedule. The company standard is 8 days a month in office but we are often told without any notice to be in the office 4 or 5 days a week. The no notice makes it difficult to work around my family's schedule. The APA bonus is a joke because it is largely based off company performance and lack of safety incidents. This means that we get a very small or no bonus. Management doesn't communicate well to employees or provide feedback. They also don't take the time to develop employees.
