      Cons

      Management at all levels unsupportive. Obvious favoritism. Age discrimination Terminated most of experience in ED. Run by mostly baby nurses. Cheap labor I guess. Manager terminated. Director no ER experience. Wants to tell experience ER nurse how to do their jobs.
