Thank you for your review. Our trauma center is an outstanding place to sharpen any clinician's skills, so we're glad you're taking advantage of your location and position. And yes, it's a challenging environment, but challenges help us grow, and we imagine that you're doing a lot of that!

Pros

Great team and a good company culture. The hospitals are also very active in the community, and they want to be proactive with patients. Every summer they do physicals for students. Taking Care of the Community isn't an official care commitment, but it's seen in the day-to-day efforts of everyone who works here.

Cons

There could be more opportunities for growth on the non-clinical side, that way we don't have to leave a system we love for leadership opportunities.
