      Nice surgeons. It feels good to help patients and assist in transplants

      Cons

      No ability to growth. Impossible to get a raise. No retention. No incentive for hard work. Horrible call shifts. Constant turn over. Horrible food.

      Pros

      Overall, a pretty strong health system in San Antonio to work for! I really love Methodist's emphasis on community engagement! And their programs seem to be very uplifting and empowering for both health care employees and for patients and their families!

      Cons

      I think that the onboarding could be somewhat more streamlined or smoother. I have to admit that I had to do a lot of driving to different Methodist facilities to get different parts of my onboarding dashboard taken care of and completed. It would have been much nicer if some of these onboarding tasks could have been consolidated into one, two or 3 locations at most.
