      The hospital and amenities were pretty nice. Everyone is very friendly. Good teamwork on certain units. Cafeteria food not bad. Would let you work plenty of OT if you wanted

      Cons

      Directors care too much about whiteboards and bs like that. Pay is terrible, got a 70 cent raise one year. You have to get there 20 min early to take a shuttle to work since you have to park in a lot far away. A lot of the doctors are arrogant/rude and very hard to get ahold of

      Pros

      Overall, a pretty strong health system in San Antonio to work for! I really love Methodist's emphasis on community engagement! And their programs seem to be very uplifting and empowering for both health care employees and for patients and their families!

      Cons

      I think that the onboarding could be somewhat more streamlined or smoother. I have to admit that I had to do a lot of driving to different Methodist facilities to get different parts of my onboarding dashboard taken care of and completed. It would have been much nicer if some of these onboarding tasks could have been consolidated into one, two or 3 locations at most.
