      Pros

      The culture and environment overall is positive because of the leadership up top. Great teamwork and the leadership on my floor is always willing to pitch in. Education and training had some great classes to brush up on skills.

      Cons

      Floating to other units aren't so great; others aren't too friendly though you are there to help them.

      Pros

      Overall, a pretty strong health system in San Antonio to work for! I really love Methodist's emphasis on community engagement! And their programs seem to be very uplifting and empowering for both health care employees and for patients and their families!

      Cons

      I think that the onboarding could be somewhat more streamlined or smoother. I have to admit that I had to do a lot of driving to different Methodist facilities to get different parts of my onboarding dashboard taken care of and completed. It would have been much nicer if some of these onboarding tasks could have been consolidated into one, two or 3 locations at most.
