      Schedule can be good and you can always find hours if you’re willing to go to different hospitals.

      Cons

      They will cut you last minute and only care about money. They will overwork you when they need you and won’t give you hours when its slow so you have to ask everywhere else.

      Pros

      Overall, a pretty strong health system in San Antonio to work for! I really love Methodist's emphasis on community engagement! And their programs seem to be very uplifting and empowering for both health care employees and for patients and their families!

      Cons

      I think that the onboarding could be somewhat more streamlined or smoother. I have to admit that I had to do a lot of driving to different Methodist facilities to get different parts of my onboarding dashboard taken care of and completed. It would have been much nicer if some of these onboarding tasks could have been consolidated into one, two or 3 locations at most.
