      Pros

      Great facility and equipment with a healthy work environment. Coworkers were pleasant and very helpful.

      Cons

      Pay is low for PRN position. Parking far away and being shuttled is not ideal. Long hiring process and unable to negotiate pay. You are paid based on an algorithm. Pay increases are minimal or non existent.

      Pros

      Overall, a pretty strong health system in San Antonio to work for! I really love Methodist's emphasis on community engagement! And their programs seem to be very uplifting and empowering for both health care employees and for patients and their families!

      Cons

      I think that the onboarding could be somewhat more streamlined or smoother. I have to admit that I had to do a lot of driving to different Methodist facilities to get different parts of my onboarding dashboard taken care of and completed. It would have been much nicer if some of these onboarding tasks could have been consolidated into one, two or 3 locations at most.
