Knowledge based pay that is used discriminately. I could go on but whats the point. They fired me for not being a Team Player. Oh yeah and the plant manager tried sizing me up once. Came within 12 inches of my personal space. I think he did that because I wouldn't take the abuse of the gang that ran line 8 LOL. His opinion of me I am sure was narrated to him because he never took the time to get to know anyone.
