Pros

The people make this a 4 star review instead of a 3 star review. This is the first job where I enjoyed spending time with employees outside of work.

Cons

Old school management style in many departments. Also many mergers lately where Centria Brand leaders are replacing Metlspan leaders. I'm not sure whether this will be a good move or not.

Pros

Pay based on production bonus -- good when good Production teammates support each other

Cons

Pay based on production bonus -- terrible when work slows down or lots of downtime Leadership out of touch and on another planet Claims of Nucor culture but ran like a good old boys club
