Its an interesting company to work for very busy most of the time. Employees of this company work well with one another great team work safety is top priority and the hours and pay are great

Pay based on production bonus -- good when good Production teammates support each other

Cons

Pay based on production bonus -- terrible when work slows down or lots of downtime Leadership out of touch and on another planet Claims of Nucor culture but ran like a good old boys club
