Pros

Company believes that people are their best asset; will take the time to invest in their employees and their learning of business materials, processes and guidelines.

Cons

It is a very decentralized business model - rightly so due to the varying needs of customers across the U.S and Canada. Trying to centralize all business units together may not be the best option. Work-life can sometimes be a drag but nothing over-whelming

Flexible with work/home balance My management was amazing Good place to gain experience Professional growth encouraged

Cons

Experience with company can differ depending on management. Sumner is amazing, haven’t heard great things about other branches around the US. Promotions are few and far between, especially if you’re administration. Salaries could be better, especially outside of sales. They preach DEI but the action doesn’t match the words. Once the economy started to get dicey upper management kept a lot of people in the dark on their next moves, then the lay offs started.
