      metroplus is City job, with great benefits.it has great pension and retirements benefits are great as well

      Cons

      I been with the company for almost 5 years. Just the salary is slightly less then other companies. It's probably because it's under city. I really enjoy being here.

      Cons

      Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
