      Working from home 4 days. Paid holidays you don’t have to work.

      Way too much work, too much stress, micromanaging, low pay.

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
