      As a city agency there are many staff that have been employed at MHP for years. The culture of "new" is difficulty to enforce.

      Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
