      Pros

      Friendly colleagues, culturally diverse, beautiful location in the financial district.

      Cons

      Organization is plagued with micromanagement. Incompotent and unprofessional management. Management not appropriately or clinically trained for role which leads to unsafe practices. ( Example: Social Workers as team leads over Registered Nurses). Weird hybrid schedule. (Example: If Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday (mandatory office day) you are required to "make it up" with in the same week. If use you PTO for a mandatory office day, you are still required to "make it up."

      Collaborative and supportive work environment. Leadership is approachable and focused on improving member experience. Strong mission serving the community makes the work meaningful. Good work-life balance and helpful training resources. Opportunities to build skills and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

      Pros

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
