      The company makes you feel fulfilled in what you do. You develop an expansive knowledge base in healthcare and experience. There are union benefits for up to manager level.

      Cons

      The training in other departments or lack there of can cause internal processes to be overwhelming. Entry level hires seem to have lack of experience

      Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
