Horrible place no room to grow. They don’t train you. You will be lucky to be placed with a team of people who can speak english. Spanish is the dominant language on the site. Working here you will notice a “divide” in the way metromont is structured. People talk about you faithfully especially when you refuse to make their job easier. In some cases management wouldn’t have anything to say to you until someone brings something to their attention.
